To comply with the Governor's Executive Orders, limit possible exposure to COVID-19, protect the health of the public and agency employees, and ensure continuity of all agency operations, effective immediately - the CIB’s lobby area is open to the public by appointment only with employees working remotely when possible and services continuing to be provided through its website, email, phone, fax and mail.

Further, the CIB is implementing the new state mail service for dropping off paperwork. You may drop off your paperwork at a mailbox on the west side of the Will Rogers Building at 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd located just north of the Capitol about 2.8 miles directly east of the CIB. Here/below is photo of the mail box.

Forms still can be printed off the CIB website. Forms and envelopes will continue being made available in the landing area immediately outside of the CIB reception area and can be dropped off at the Will Rogers Building instead of entering the CIB lobby area. The public is encouraged to call to make an appointment if they need in person assistance.

You should not see any disruption in response or service due to this change. If you need further assistance, please call the CIB offices at 405-521-6550 or the Field Inspector in your area. Field Investigator territories and phone numbers are listed on the Investigator Territories Page.
